WEITBLICKA provides a clear path to delete your account and associated personal data at any time. This page is provided as a separate URL per Google Play policy and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines.
How to delete
- (1) In-app — After signing in, navigate to [Account → Security] and click "Delete Account". Password confirmation is required; deletion is immediate.
- (2) Form on this page — Available without signing in; submit using your registered email.
- (3) Email — From your registered email, send "Delete Account Request" to info@weitblicka.com. Processed within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Deleted: email, display name, password hash, sessions, device info, platform usage history, and all personal identifiers not bound to billing.
- Retained for limited periods as required by law and then auto-deleted: auth logs (90 days), billing records (5 years per Korean Tax Act), abuse/fraud investigation metadata (up to 12 months).
- Re-registration: You may sign up again with the same email after deletion.
Timeline and notification
In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email or form requests are processed within 30 days; we notify you of progress and completion via your registered email.
